Revealing the 2020 Top 100 HR Tech Influencers

A list of 2020 Top 100 HR Tech Influencers was released by Human Resource Executive and the HR Technology Conference & Exposition recently. Some of the top influencers who made to the list are Al Adamsen, CEO and Executive Director of PAFOW/ Insight222; Aron Ain, CEO of Kronos + Ultimate Software; Jason Averbook, Co-founder and CEO of Leapgen, Meg Bear SVP of Products, Engineering and Operations of SAP SuccessFactors; Steven Beauchamp, CEO of Paylocity; and Derek Belch, Founder and CEO of STRIVR.

Rebecca McKenna, Vice President, Global Events and Publisher at LRP Media Group, commented, “For more than 20 years, the HR Technology Conference and Human Resource Executive have kept a finger on the pulse of HR and HR technology. Central to the success of every organization, HR requires a balance of strategy and technology, and the influencers on this year’s list are the leaders who are driving HR forward.”

From the executives leading the workplace through the complex challenges of today to practitioners integrating professional approaches with forward-thinking HR development tools, the second annual list honors the opinion leaders currently shaping the new direction of HR and championing the vital position technology plays in this modern period.

Arranged in alphabetical order, the 2020 version features many influencers who appeared on the inaugural list while adding a variety of new faces, including Donna Morris, Walmart’s Chief People Officer, and Kathleen Hogan, Microsoft’s Chief People Officer. From the listed names, more than 25 personnel will be delivering their bold ideas and diverse viewpoints to this year’s HR Technology Conference taking place on October 13–16, 2020, at The Venetian in Las Vegas.

Conference Chair Steve Boese shared, “HR is constantly growing and changing, and as the world starts to reopen and recover, it will only continue to transform. This year’s influencers will be supporting those efforts, redefining, and reinventing human resources for this era and the workforce it serves. We look forward to having a number of their voices at this year’s conference to hear firsthand about their strategies and solutions for HR today.”

Scheduled for this fall, Human Resource Executive is in the hopes that the 2020 HR Technology Conference & Exposition will bring the community together as planned. If a physical event is deemed impossible due to the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), an innovative platform will be launched to deliver the highest level of virtual education, expo, and networking experience.
